Celebrate your child’s special day with an unforgettable trampoline and tumbling birthday party at Motor City Gymnastics! Our fun-filled parties allow kids to jump, flip, and tumble in a safe, supervised environment for all skill levels. Each party is led by experienced coaches, with exciting activities on Olympic-sized trampolines, double mini trampolines, and rod floor. Whether it’s their first time bouncing or they’re already a little gymnast, every child will enjoy a thrilling and energetic experience.

Parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on club programs.
How to Book a Party?

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance, which is due 10 days before the event.

The $150 deposit is non-refundable and secures your date for the event. This $150 will be subtracted from the total cost of your event. To transfer your deposit, an event must be rescheduled at least 10 days before your original date. Full payment is required 10 days before your event.

A staff member will contact you a week in advance to verify your event details; please ensure you have the contact information for all attendees. At this point, we will need the confirmed number of participants for preparation and setup. You will be charged $10.00 for each child over the 15-child limit. This applies to anyone from 18 months to 21 years old who plays at your party. Please remember that we recommend up to 30 children per party.

As the event organizer, please ensure you have a contact number for each guest in case of an emergency.

For gym access, all participants must have a digital waiver signed by a parent or guardian, which the party organizer will distribute.

As the party organizer, arriving a few minutes before your scheduled time is essential to handle setup as you prefer. If guests arrive early, they will need to wait in the lobby.

Decorations or hangings may not be affixed to the walls, doors, or windows. However, free-standing screens can be brought in for decorative purposes.

Please be punctual; the event will start only once the organizer is present.

The event will conclude at the scheduled time, and a $50.00 overtime fee will be charged 10 minutes after your allotted time, with additional charges for every 15-minute increment after that.

Motor City Gymnastics is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

If you intend to bring any extra entertainment or activities, you must inform Motor City Gymnastics in advance, as specific guidelines must be followed. Upon booking, notify our birthday manager if you plan to include outside entertainment, such as party planners, face painters, caterers, etc., as there are policies regarding these activities.

An additional maintenance fee may be charged if significant damage or mess is left behind.

Only clear liquids are allowed; food and other drinks can be served in the designated eating area.

The party package includes 6-foot rectangular tables in the party area, paper products, serving utensils, table coverings, generic decorations, and candles.
