Having been an elite athlete in the past, I can confidently say that Motor City Gymnastics stands out for its exceptional trampoline and tumbling training environment. The facility is top-notch, with a full-length rod floor for tumbling and ample space for athletes of all levels to improve their skills. The coaching staff is experienced, passionate, and dedicated to each athlete’s growth, emphasizing both technique and safety. What I find most impressive is the supportive community here—athletes are urged to push their limits while also fostering a love for the sport. Coaching in an environment that values excellence, discipline, and teamwork is a pleasure.
